Our service areas include Grass Valley, Nevada City, Greater Nevada County, Auburn, Greater Placer County and the I-80 corridor which includes from Colfax to Roseville.

Coldwell Banker Commercial is responsible for over 80% of all brokered transactions in Nevada County. Since 1997 we have closed $112 million in sales and lease transactions. Our in-depth knowledge of Nevada and Placer Counties and our expertise and experience in commercial real estate greatly enhances our ability to negotiate all types of commercial real estate transactions. RICKI HECK is the co-owner and broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial I-80 Brokers and managing broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial G.R. Realty. In her 17 years with Coldwell Banker, Ms. Heck has played a lead role in closing over 2.1 billion dollars in acquisitions, dispositions and lease transactions. She has a depth of experience in investment sales and acquisition transactions and well as lease negotiations, lease preparation, shopping center management and market analysis. Her technical skills combined with training as a paralegal, certified mediator and a CCIM candidate insure quality transactions.
